The Navy Mile on Pennsylvania Avenue presented by USAA is a community celebration, kicking off the United States Navy birthday week. Participating divisions and squadrons of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) : Central Maryland Corsairs, Alexandria, Henry E. Mooberry, Pentagon, America and Viking.
Special appearance by Jim Ryun, a three-time Olympian at 1500 meters, a silver medalist at the 1968 Mexico City Games and former world record holder for the mile.
