Eliza was one of thousands who gathered at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington Va. on Saturday, December 12, 2015 to lay holiday wreaths over each of the more than 240,000 graves. The 'Wreaths Across America' program, now in its 24th year, was started in 1992 by Morrill Worcester, owner of Worcester Wreath Company of Harrington, Maine with 5,000 wreaths.
