Susan Eisenhower chats with Selwa “Lucky” Roosevelt. Selwa was Chief of Protocol of the United States for almost seven years from 1982-1989, longer than anyone has ever served in that position. She had been married to Archibald "Archie" B. Roosevelt, Jr., a grandson of President Theodore Roosevelt. Susan is a consultant, author, and expert on international security, space policy, energy, and relations between the Russian Federation and the United States of America, and the granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
