NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo 2014
Thousands gathered at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on Jan. 11 and 12, 2014 to take advantage of free health screenings and participate in a variety of fun activities designed to promote fitness. Now in its 20th year, the NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo is held each January, providing free information and instruction to keep residents of the Washington area healthy and happy.
