DC shadow Senator Michael Brown was one of three arrested in an act of civil disobedience during a protest outside the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill in Washington DC on April 15, 2011. Brown joined a youth day Tax Protest targeting Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) who earlier in a budget deal with Republicans put restrictions on the District's ability to fund abortions providers.
