Senate and House members squared off at the Congressional Baseball Game at Nationals Park in Washington DC on Tuesday, June 29, 2010. The game was tied until the last inning when the Democrats scored nine runs. The Republicans could answer with only one additional run, leaving the final score 13-5.

Rachel Robinson, the widow of the legendary Jackie Robinson, who broke baseball's color barrier in April 1947, attended the 49th annual Congressional Baseball Game, which saw the Democrats defeat the Republicans, 13-5, on Tuesday night, June 29, at Nationals Park.
