The 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's inaugural address was marked with speeches celebrating Kennedy's famous call on Americans to serve their country. Vice President Joe Biden, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), JFK's daughter Caroline Kennedy, former Labor Secretary Elaine Chao, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Rep John Lewis (D-GA) and Senator John Kerry (D-MA) were among the speakers at the ceremony in the central Rotunda of the United States Capitol. The event was held a half-century after Kennedy's 1961 address, on January 20, 2011 in Washington DC. Many members of the extended Kennedy Family were in attendance (Photo by Jeff Malet) - Jeff Malet Photography in Action
