Caroline Kennedy was the featured speaker at the 50th anniversary of her father John F. Kennedy's inaugural address. The event was marked at the Capitol with speeches celebrating Kennedy's famous call on Americans to serve their country. Vice President Joe Biden, Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) were among the speakers at the ceremony in the Rotunda of the Capitol held a half-century after Kennedy's 1961 address.
