Alice Jean Shelley is the director of the Sculpture Garden Skating School at the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink. Shelley teaches a variety of skating styles to skaters of all ages, including freestyle, figures, choreography, Moves in the Field, basic skills, dance, pairs, and hockey. She founded, directed, and choreographed the Children's Ice Theatre skating program, which has performed locally and nationally.
